Cable burial by ploughing has been clearly established as an effective and reliable method for burial of cables. ETA can offer a number of shallow water cable ploughs.

The ploughs are supplied with an easy to use control system similar to ETA's jet sled system.

A compact plough for the burial of telecom cables at shore approaches and in shallow water.

PCP1

This Plough was designed and built specifically for installation of the new Solent crossing. The Plough is unique in its ability to simultaneously bury two cables simultaneously through independent cable paths (One power and the one signal cable).

Additional options are available to reduce the tow tensions experienced by ploughs, these include air and water jetting and vibro-plough systems.
