Water System
Comprises one high pressure water pump directly driven by an electric motor rated at 60 hp.. Also fitted is a single low pressure water pump driven by a hydraulic motor drawing power from the host ROV at approximately 50 hp.
Alterative arrangements can be configured depending upon the host ROV.
Jetting
Tool
Fixed width jet legs mounted on a single manifold. The manifold is supplied with both high and low pressure water from the water pumps. The tool swords direct the jetting water to high pressure cutting nozzles and low pressure wash jets. The jet tool is deployed by a single hydraulic ram.
The high pressure nozzles are forward facing and the rear facing nozzles operate at low pressure.
Depressor
The depressor is positioned behind the jetting tool and is designed to capture the cable and push it into the trench made by the jetting nozzles.The depressor
consists of a single trailing arm that can be raised and lowered by a hydraulic
ram. The arm also houses a single cable detection sensor.
